Yes, Clarke Carlisle survived stepping into the traffic
I think he started talking and the driver managed to stop on a sixpence , do a 180 degree turn and escape being bored to death.

debs, he left question about ten years before he died. im watching it now and jenas comes across so far as the most sensible panellist. i can't fucking stand the ira sympathiser McDonnell, so i hope someone in the audience questions him about it again

QT is not a "ridiculous" programme.

It is one, of very few, where UK citizens actually get to ask questions and speak their mind. Good or bad.(?)

Is Clarke Carlisle still alive? I'm out of the the loop.

Re: Jermaine Jenas on BBC Question Time tonight

A completely ridiculous programme...next week's panel comes from Bristol and includes...

Mr.Harrison - The Landlord from "Bottom"
A Bichon Frise Puppy
A Head of Broccoli
Captain Birdseye
Louie Spence

I'd replace Dim Ball Bee with Roger Mellie

As footballers go he's quite erudite. Clarke Carlisle is another. not a big pool to.fish from but I reckon jenas will hold his own.

Re: Jermaine Jenas on BBC Question Time tonight
I quite like him, too. Talks more sense than most football pundits. But letting him loose on the NHS, EU, Trump and Russia?? Could be his undoing

Re: Jermaine Jenas on BBC Question Time tonight
Was he the one who was wondering why West Ham were worked up about playing the superior Spurs when it didn't really mean much to them?
